Dock Lotus - This lovely lotus sat right up next to the dock as though it was aching to be noticed, touched and admired. The photo (left) shows it's beautiful lighting, the painting (right) brings out the essense of the flower.

I have always had a great admiration for the inspirational and healing aspects of nature, I try to impart this in the paintings I create. My hope is to share with others so they may also experiance this and benefit as I have.
I find the intense saturated colors in nature transporting, like a stained glass window in a church. However, personally I relate to the universal energy of love through the window of nature. My goal is to share the beauty and wonder with you so that you may benefit from the direct relationship as I have. Perhaps make some connections and discoveries of your own.
